the rooms were very spacious. i was kinda surprised with an upgrade to a sea-view room. the reception team also accommodated my request for a late check-out.
the hotel bar music played until midnight most nights.

the pool had sunbeds in the water, under shaded screens where i enjoyed the sun and water. a bar served fruit and chilled drinks near the pool. the sauna and gym were additional perks in the evenings.

There were no rubbish bins apart from in the rooms.

The pool area had amazing activities that were perfect for the kids. the view of the sea from the pool was fine (i took so many pictures!). the staff was super friendly, especially ms. glad at reception. She was very cute. the hotel location in al bateen bay was ideal.

I liked the swimming pool. It provides a serene and well kept space for relaxation. The staff was attentive . I would also like to mention the room size. It was really good, and the view was superb. I was upgraded to a nice room.

I spent four nights at the hotel and found several things particularly appealing. The underground parking was clean with ample lighting. The swimming pool looked inviting. The bathroom included comfortable bed and pillows.
The staff seemed generally disinterested. They gave the impression that everything was too much trouble. More proactive and attentive service would .

the pool got shaded in the afternoon, a real plus during a summer.
the food selection was pretty weak. it felt cheap for a hotel that calls itself five-star. the same dishes seemed to show up every day, and the taste just wasn't there. i had higher expectations.
